Celebrating Five Years of Success: POP Group Holdings’ Milestone Anniversary

Today, POP Group Holdings celebrates its five-year anniversary! In this time, we’ve developed from a start-up company to a growth-stage global boutique M&A and specialist insurance group, enabled by data and technology, with our first external investor joining the share register recently. 

We managed to achieve a few firsts: Fusion was the 1st APAC M&A Managing General Agency (“MGA”) and soon became the 1st global M&A MGA. io.insurebuilt the world’s 1st M&A and specialist SME insurance marketplace, with Mio™ as the world’s 1st M&A insurance online product, followed by innovative online Financial lines products. 

This has all been made possible through partnerships with brokers, advisors and top-quality insurers, which provide their highly rated insurance capital, together serving our customers – small to mid-sized businesses, Private Equity firms and Corporates’ M&A teams, globally. 

In 2023, we ranked second in The Australian Financial Review’s Fast Global list which celebrates Australian companies delivering real commercial growth in international markets.
